Shipping & Handling

• Shipping fees: $5 for orders under $50, $15 for orders over $50.
• All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Online orders are available for in store pickup at the Owings Mills Campus Store for no additional fee. Limited availability.
• We ship orders out within 24 business hours of receiving them. During peak times, our turn-around time might be slightly longer. In general, most orders shipping to the area will arrive in 3 – 5 days. If you need your order by a specific deadline, feel free to call us for assistance.
• We do not ship to PO boxes; we can only ship to a physical address.
• We do not require signatures for our packages. UPS, however, may require a signature for your item if they do not feel comfortable leaving it on your doorstep.
