Returns Policy

• Textbooks
• ALL returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If software/access code was included and opened, refunds cannot be accepted. Opened shrink wrapped packages cannot be returned if opened.
• Textbooks may be returned within the first 7 days of the semester during normal business hours. Last day for TRADITIONAL text returns will be Tuesday, September 6, 2022.Students taking Saturday courses may make returns on Saturday, September 11, must show schedule. SUO STUDENTS will have 7 days from the start of your class to make returns.
• Textbooks purchased after the above return date may be returned for credit within 3 days of purchase through November 5. PLEASE NOTE: Returns WILL NOT be accepted after November 5, 2022 regardless of purchase date, with the exception of SUO 8W2 courses starting after this time.
• All returns MUST be accompanied by a receipt, no exceptions.
• Checks must take 3 business days to clear before refunds are accepted.
• Anyone withdrawing from a class after the return period must present a withdrawal slip and receipt for refund. Transaction must be completed no later than 1 week after date of withdrawal. The last day to return any textbook due to withdrawal from class coincides with the date established by the Registrar as the last day to drop with a “W”.
• Refunds will be given in the same media as the original sale.
• Merchandise
• Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Must be unworn/unwashed and/or unopened.
• No returns on electronics. Some exceptions may apply.
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges are subject to new shipping charges.
