Textbooks
The College Textbook Competition and Affordability Act of 2009 is now in effect. This bill requires institutions of higher education to post all available textbook information on their website once the requests have been finalized, within a specific time period. Textbook information will be posted at the same time the online registration catalog becomes available. Textbooks purchased from the University Store may be returned up until 10 business days after the start of the semester, this includes Saturday, with a receipt. Textbooks must be in the same condition as purchased or a lower price will be refunded. All refunds are processed using the same media as the original purchase. The University Store is not responsible for returns on textbooks purchased outside of the store.PLEASE NOTE: Although the list posted is deemed finalized, changes in faculty and sections, publisher changes, and changes in availability to the store may occur up until the start of the semester. These changes will be posted as soon as we are notified. If you choose to order from other sites based on this information you do so at your own risk. The University Store is not responsible for returns on textbooks purchased outside of the store.
