Textbooks
The College Textbook Competition and Affordability Act of 2009 is now in effect. This bill requires institutions of higher education to post all available textbook information on their website once the requests have been finalized, within a specific time period. As of now the information for upcoming semesters will be available 3 weeks prior to the start date. This timeframe is subject to change as determined by the University. PLEASE NOTE: Although the list posted is deemed finalized, changes in faculty and sections may occur up until the start of the semester. These changes will be posted as soon as we are notified. Textbooks purchased from the University Store may be returned up until 10 business days after the start of the semester, this includes Saturday, with a receipt. Textbooks must be in the same condition as purchased or a lower price will be refunded. All refunds are processed using the same media as the original purchase. The University Store is not responsible for returns on textbooks purchased outside of the store.
